Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please review the following information to understand our guidelines regarding reservations and cancellations.

Rental Includes

Rent Rate Includes

Rooms

  • Eight  single  or double occupancy rooms with one Queen size bed and one additional single bed , en-suite bathroom, eco-friendly products free of charge

  • Each one with a private Garden: furnished with table, chairs and surrounded by vegetation.

  • Pure Water Supply: pure water sourced directly from underground cenote.

  • Comfortable Climate: powerful fan and windows equipped with mosquito nets

  • Water: Unlimited drinking water always available by the restaurant

  • Towels, blankets, shampoo, conditioner  and soap will be included 

  •  

    Restaurant & Bar

  • CHEF available for the entire duration of the retreat, according to the agreed menus and times

  • WAITER depending on the number of participants, available for the entire duration of the retreat, according to the agreed times

  • ​

    Cleaning Service

  • Daily basic cleaning

  •  

    Any requests outside of what has been agreed will be invoiced separately

    ​

    Maintenance

  • A maintenance technician present in Lunita for all unexpected maintenance needs that may become necessary.

  • ​

    This activity DOES NOT include the cost of any interventions caused by damage and neglect attributable to the participants 

    ​​

    Payment Agreement

    Rent

    • 25% accommodations deposit is due upon signing for the retreat

    • 25% halfway between the booking and the date

    • 50% 15 days before the start of the retreat

    ​

    Food

    • 100% 15 days before the start of the retreat

    ​

    Extras: Transportation, Experience and Excursion

    • 100% 15 days before the start of the retreat

    ​

    Security Deposit

    • 100% the first day of retreat (it will be returned at the end of the collection, removing any damage)

    Cancellation Policy

    Deposit, Payments, and Contractual Conditions

     

    Non-Refundable Deposit

    ​

    The deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by Lunita in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the organizer (unless for reasons of force majeure such as war, Political or Socio Economic Events, Pandemics, or Epidemics).

     

    Payment of the Deposit


    The organizer commits to paying a non-refundable deposit of [Amount] at the time of confirmation of the reservation.

     

    Confirmation of Reservation

    ​

    Occurs at the time of signing this contract and upon receipt of 25% of the total rental amount.

     

    Consequences of Non-Payment

    ​

    In case of non-payment of the deposit within the specified term, Lunita reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any liability towards the organizer.

     

    Cancellation Terms (valid only for payments subsequent to the deposit)

    ​

    If the organizer decides to cancel the contract, the following cancellation terms apply:

     

    • If the second part has been paid

    The second part will be refunded in case of cancellation communicated at least 120 days before the start date of the rental period, otherwise, it will be acquired by Lunita.

     

    • In case of no-show by the organizer

    Lunita Jungle will be entitled to the payment of the entire rental fee established in the contract.

     

    Exceptions

    ​

    The non-refundable deposit may be returned to the Organizer only in the event that the Retreat Center is not available or cannot be used due to causes attributable to Lunita Jungle.

     

    In all the aforementioned cases, Lunita Jungle may also try to rent the retreat center to other parties.
